Hi folks, this is my first effort to cater to the vast majority of students who are away from home.
As such I will be very generous with space to start off. It is important that the place caters to your needs. A wonderful idea of a comfortable, spacious, quiet yet affordable place for four (yes, 4) students! Another two more floors are under construction but the space won't be like this one-space is pretty expensive in these areas these days!

1) 2 extra large sharing-rooms (two persons to each)

7) Large carpeted hall with extras
(app 20'by 20 inclusive of toilet area)
8) $350 per head
